Return Policy

At Red White and Brew Coffee Company, we strive to ensure every order arrives fresh, perfect, and ready to brew. Due to the perishable nature of food products and the custom nature of print-on-demand merchandise, we have the following return guidelines:

No Returns on Food Items or Print-on-Demand Products

  • Food items (including coffee beans, grounds, pods, tea, and any edible or consumable products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. This includes all opened or unopened packages due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Print-on-demand items (custom apparel, mugs, hats, and other personalized merchandise fulfilled through Printful or similar partners) are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or preference after the order has shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise unusable:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt (within 7 days of delivery) using the Contact Us form on our website.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and any relevant details (shipping label, box condition, etc.).
  • Do not dispose of the item until we review your claim.
  • Once we verify the damage, we will, at our discretion:
    • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
    • Issue store credit for the full value of the damaged item.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery or for issues arising from normal wear and tear.

Wrong Item or Our Error

If we send the incorrect item, wrong quantity, or an item that does not match your order due to our error:

  • Contact us right away via the Contact Us form.
  • Include your order number, photos of the received item(s), and a description of the issue.
  • We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion:
    • Ship the correct item at no additional cost, or
    • Issue a store credit for the full cost of the incorrect/missing item.

We do not offer cash refunds in these cases, store credit or replacement is our standard resolution.

General Notes

  • All claims must be submitted through the Contact Us form on redwhiteandbrew.org, no phone, email, or social media claims will be processed.
  • Refunds or credits (when issued) are applied to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is entirely our fault (wrong item shipped).
